Formed from the ruins of the now seminal rock band Blind Drive, FHA plays fast, loud, high-energy rock and roll (a.k.a. Punk Rock) with a positive message. FHA, otherwise known as the Future Homeless of America, was formed in 2000 in a suburb of Boston. The siginificance of the name is that all the band members are friends with a few of Boston's street musicians and other homeless people (see "Subway Sam"). The original lineup consisted of Dan Marotta on vocals, Brian Weckbacher on guitar and yelling, Josh Kehoe on bass guitar and yelling, and Matt Veazie on drums. Since then, Dan has left the band (don't worry, we're still wicked good friends with him) to be replaced by Billy Hall. Just recently added to the band was second guitarist Dave Beauvais. Despite what you jackasses in the guestbook say, FHA will outlive you and your grandchildren. Look for FHA to come to your town this summer to rock your world. Also be on the lookout for a split 7" (hell, maybe even an EP) with Dan and Josh's new band, Plan 17. Check 'em out.
